Who did it?

I cannot believe that a few unskilled people devised and carried out the bloodiest terrorist attack in Spanish history. I suspect this is another Dreyfuss Case. The convicted ones may be guilty, but the sentence does not tell us the whys and the hows of the attack. Too much money, time and insulting was invested for nothing. Even as a show it is poor.
